Start the CLI page at the same edge as the other reading pages

The CLI page now starts its title and text at the same spot as Privacy and security, the FAQ and changelog entries, instead of further left.

The CLI page used a wider column than the other reading pages, so going from Privacy and security or the FAQ to it moved the text 112px to the left on a 1440px window. It now uses the same column as they do, and its tables and terminals still fit.
