Keep a changelog on the site with an entry and evidence per pull request

Every merged pull request now gets a changelog entry on the site, with its kind, a description and captioned screenshots, written in the same pull request.

The changelog moves from a hand-written daily digest to one file per pull request in apps/marketing/src/content/changelog/. /changelog/ lists the entries by merge day with Feature, Improvement, Fix and Internal filters, and /changelog/<pr>/ gives each one a page with every screenshot.

Screenshots stay on the pr-evidence branch, outside main’s history. The site copies the ones an entry cites when it builds and stops if one is missing. scripts/changelog-entry.sh <pr> starts an entry with every uploaded screenshot listed, and AGENTS.md now makes an entry part of every pull request. Entries for #245 onward were written from each pull request’s description.
