Drop a dev-linked extension's link when it is removed in Settings
Removing an extension that was linked with napdock-ext dev now stays removed instead of coming back at once or on the next launch.
Settings › Extensions › Remove deleted the installed copy of a dev-linked extension but left its link, and the link watcher then installed it again. Remove now drops the link and its development copies first, the same as napdock-ext unlink, and then removes the installed copy.
The toast says “Removed Workbench and its development link. Stop napdock-ext dev too, or its next build links it again.” The app cannot stop a napdock-ext dev you have running, so its next good build would link the extension again. Extensions without a link get the usual “Removed X.”
