Line the prompt box up with the transcript's column
The prompt box no longer sticks out 20 px past the messages, cards and bubbles above it.
The prompt box was 20 px wider than the conversation on each side, so its edges stuck out past the messages above it. It now shares the transcript’s column, so the two cannot drift apart.
The new-chat screen uses the same width, which keeps the box from jumping 40 px narrower once the first message is sent.
