Fix the deferred gpui-kit findings and issues #246, #280–#284

Toasts draw over dialogs, tooltips sit below their controls, dates can be typed, and several list and motion problems are fixed.

A round of fixes for findings left over from the gpui-kit reviews:

  • Toasts and popovers: toasts draw above dialogs and the palette, and a popover no longer reopens when it remounts.
  • Lists: restoring a session in Settings, Archived keeps the scroll position, Tab and Shift-Tab reach rows a virtualized list has not built, and a follow list keeps following after it shrinks.
  • Motion: extension spinners and skeletons redraw only themselves and hold still under reduced motion.
  • Extension UI: the date field accepts typed dates, node tooltips sit below their control, tree toggles show at once, and the SDK’s Table and Tree use the native nodes.
  • Notices: error notices keep their close button in a fixed place, and the try-again notice wraps in narrow panes.
