Move long lists onto gpui-kit, unpin Rust dependencies, tighten extension syntax
Long lists are virtualized, scroll areas get themed overlay scrollbars, and extension keyboard navigation and consent text are fixed.
The plugin catalog no longer pages: it is one virtualized list with a scrollbar sized for the whole catalog. Archived sessions are virtualized too, and the GitHub repository picker loads further pages as you reach the end instead of stopping at 50 repositories. Scroll areas across the app, including menus, the sidebar, files, checkpoints and the console, get overlay scrollbars in the Napdock theme that show while scrolling, as macOS does.
Extension keyboard navigation never fired because the SDK used browser key names while the app sends GPUI’s. That is fixed. The manifest, contribution id and view rules are tightened, and the installer refuses a helper whose file is missing. The network consent prompt now says that declaring any web host opens HTTP and HTTPS to every host in the sandbox.
Every Rust dependency now tracks its latest release, except the patched GPUI crates.
