Say what the relay toggle tells the new provider
The description of Settings > Advanced > Relay stopped tasks now says the new provider is told the task titles but starts nothing unless you ask.
The description of “Relay stopped tasks when switching providers” still said the new provider “can start again what it still needs”. Since the task list landed, the note it relays says the opposite: the titles are not instructions, and the new provider starts nothing again unless your message asks. The description now says that. Copy-only change.
