Keep pane content inside its pane and wrap long tooltips
Panes now clip their content at the divider, and long tooltips wrap instead of running across the window.
In a narrow window with an extension panel open, the start page’s hint (“Pick a project or session in the sidebar, or import another.”) ran past its pane and under the panel. Panes now clip at their edges, and the start page narrows so its text wraps.
Tooltips were drawn on a single line however long they were, so an extension’s description on the rail could stretch across the window. They now wrap at 360px. Short tooltips look the same. Menus, popovers and tooltips can still cross a divider.
